Johnathan Stallings

I am a native North Carolinian, originally from Raleigh. I joined the US Air Force in 1990 where I relocated several times over a period of eight years before returning to North Carolina. I have continued my military career as a Citizen Airmen with the NC Air National Guard in Charlotte totaling more than 29 years of current military service. I earned my degree in business and have focused on professional development in Leadership. My military experiences have provided me expertise in team management and customer service. Throughout my career and education, I uncovered a natural desire to work with and help people.

Coupled with my military career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with and serving military Veterans and their families. The greatest reward for working with these families was knowing that I played a key role in fulfilling their needs. For eight years I travelled all 54 states and territories, some more than once. These experiences have made me more culturally diverse with a broadened understanding of different societies. I feel like my cultural knowledge, along with my desire to help people, are benefits for those relocating to the Charlotte region.

THE IMPORTANCE OF COMMUNITY
The planning and implementation of aspects of a client’s move such as work, schools, infrastructure, travel routes, shopping/restaurant locations, etc. is exciting to me. My family was successful in our move to the Charlotte area in 2015 and I want to make your move successful as well. Besides finding that perfect home, finding the community that is right for you is extremely important. Recognizing your desires and needs, commute distances, schedule, hobbies and how close you want to be to those things are just a few key aspects to finding the right location for you.

My 29+ years of military experience, 4+ years in residential construction, coupled with my time and passion of serving others in Real Estate make me a well-rounded person and agent.
